Rockets win game 7, move onto WCF

The Houston Rockets have completed a feat only 8 teams before them have been able to accomplish. That is come back from a 3-1 series deficit to clinch victory from the cold, dead hands of the Los Angeles Clippers. Funnily enough, it was the 20 year anniversary of the 1995 Houston Rockets accomplishing that very same feat. Scary isn't it? Now to the game itself.

The Rockets were led by James Harden who put up 31pts, 8 assists and 7 rebounds in the 113-100 win in Houston. The Rockets never trailed and had plenty of scorers to complete the comeback. Trevor Ariza put in 22 points himself, shooting 6-12 from 3 point land. Meanwhile Dwight Howard continued his good form with 16 points and 15 rebounds. Dwight has been averaging 18 points and 12 rebounds a game across the playoffs this year, similar to that of his time with the Lakers and also his last year with the Orlando Magic.
The Clippers meanwhile got another huge game from Blake Griffin who has been transcendent in these playoffs. A double-double from him and Chris Paul wasn't enough to secure them the series as the Clippers blew three (THREE) opportunities to close out the Rockets and lost in rather fascinating circumstances. The Clippers are clearly the better team but in the end, as Magic Johnson said, "The Clippers are still the Clippers."
The Clippers were clearly exhausted from the 7 game series against the San Antonio Spurs but that is no excuse for being blown out twice AND somehow losing a 19 point lead. The team must re-evaluate where they stand in regards to the roster, as there isn't much room to move in terms of new signings and even trading players. No team with a general manager with half a brain is going to take on Spencer Hawes after he has shown next to nothing this season. Granted this is due to no playing time but still, why would someone take him on? I would rather Javale McGee at least he's entertaining.
