And They Lived Happily Ever After

LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers has signed a "lifetime contract" with Nike, an unprecedented obligation reserved for only the best athletes with an unblemished record.

While the details are yet to be released, Cleveland.com writer Joe Vardon reports that the earnings will be "multiple times" higher than that of fellow Nike athlete Kevin Durant.
LeBron, 18, signed a seven year deal with Nike in 2003 worth $90 and the risk has certainly paid off (get it?) James' signature shoes sold $340m between February 2014 and January 2015.
